WORK:

Film editing is the backbone of my practice, but my work extends beyond the cutting room. I am a film director, creative producer, and also work with scripted development - operating as a hybrid creator and story breaker with over two decades in the TV and film industry.

My work is shaped by an instinctive editorial approach rooted in structure, rhythm, and story architecture, combining creative storytelling with commercial awareness - whether in the edit, in writers’ rooms, or on film set.

I work across both narrative and audience-facing formats, including longform, series, trailers, pilots, and advertising content.

ETHOS & GOALS:

Born in Iran and raised in Denmark, my creative journey is all about finding my most authentic voice while challenging industry norms and advocating for diversity in the Danish film and media landscape. I also serve on the board of WIFT (Women in Film and Television), working towards greater representation and inclusion in the industry - both in front of and behind the camera.

I aspire to create films that matter through character-driven storytelling rooted in minority perspectives, but placed in a broader human context that allows them to resonate widely - often using humor as an integral narrative tool. I also care deeply about creating a positive and respectful working environment.
